Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize applied behavior analysis and therapeutic techniques to support client goals.

Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Participate in case management, care coordination, and referrals to community resources.

Requirements include a master’s degree in social work, current licensure, knowledge of behavioral health principles, and experience in counseling. Familiarity with psychopharmacology and cultural competence are a plus. The role offers full- or part-time positions with benefits, and requires relocation to Wahiawa, HI. In-person work and a commitment to ethical, confidential practice are essential.
