We seek internal medicine physicians eager to transition from hospitalist roles to a flexible, autonomous post-acute environment with limited or no call, offering opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

Responsibilities include managing geriatric patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, valid license, proficiency with EMR, compassionate team players.

We offer uncapped salary potential ($250K-$400K), flexible schedules, malpractice coverage, administrative support, and growth opportunities.

Location: Millsboro, DE; relocation and travel required.
