Job Description

Seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director near Delaware beaches to lead outpatient neuro-rehabilitation services for TBI, spasticity, dystonia, headaches, SCI, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Lead evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans while developing programs, ensuring quality, and training staff.

Perform injections for dystonia and spasticity, including Botulinum toxin and baclofen pump management.

Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, primary care, and other healthcare providers.

Enjoy a schedule with no call or weekends, with flexibility to customize patient mix.

Take leadership roles in new Lewes office and float in Dover, DE.

Compensation: $300K-$350K with up to $100K incentives.

Qualifications: Board-certified physiatrist, excellent communication skills, and open to J1/H1 visa candidates and recent graduates.
