Job Description

Seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director near Delaware beaches for outpatient TBI, spasticity, and dystonia management.

This role offers leadership in a growing neuro-rehabilitation clinic with no call or weekend duties, allowing customization of patient care based on interests.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, injections (e.g., Botulinum toxin, phenol, baclofen pumps), medication management, and collaboration with neurologists and other specialists.

The position includes competitive compensation ($300,000-$350,000) with potential incentives up to $100,000, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), CME, relocation assistance, and paid time off.

Ideal candidates are board-certified physiatrists, including recent graduates and visa holders (J1/H1B). Relocation to Lewes, DE is required.
