Job Description

Seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director near Delaware beaches to lead outpatient TBI, spasticity, and dystonia management.

Provide evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for neurorehabilitation patients, including injections and medication management.

Lead program development, quality assurance, staff training, and community outreach.

Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare providers.

Enjoy a schedule with no call or weekends, with flexibility to customize patient mix.

Take a leadership role in a growing outpatient neuro-rehab practice with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits: $300K-$350K salary with up to $100K incentive, health insurance, 401(k), CME, relocation assistance, PTO, and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications: Board-certified/qualified physiatrist, excellent communication skills, and eligibility for J1/H1 visas.
