Job Description

Seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director near Delaware beaches to lead outpatient TBI, spasticity, and dystonia management.

Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for neuro-rehabilitation patients.

Lead program development, quality assurance, and staff training.

Perform injections (Botulinum toxin, phenol chemodenervation) and manage medication therapies.

Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare providers.

No call or weekend shifts; flexible patient mix and leadership roles in Lewes and Dover offices.

Qualifications: Board-certified physiatrist, excellent communication skills, and eligible for J1/H1 visas.

Compensation & Benefits: $300K-$350K salary with up to $100K bonus, health insurance, 401(k), CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, and visa sponsorship.
