*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a *board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician* to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about comprehensive patient care, values a collaborative approach, and is comfortable practicing in a hybrid urgent care/primary care model.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
* Conduct physicals, wellness exams, and follow-up visits
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests
* Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EHR system
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
*Qualifications:*
* MD or DO with a current California medical license
* Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine
* DEA license in good standing
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
* Urgent care or outpatient experience
