Job Description

We are seeking a Hematology Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients with hematology conditions, working under physician oversight in both Puyallup and Tacoma locations.

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and care management for hematology patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in care coordination, education, and quality initiatives.
  • Support inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency response and adverse event management.
  • Stay current with hematology advancements and contribute to evidence-based practices.
  • Educate patients and families, ensuring holistic care and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and policy standards.

    • Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Washington, with preferred hematology/oncology experience, and the ability to travel between locations. The role offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.
