Job Description

Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead neonatal resuscitation and develop care plans in a 24/7 NICU setting.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Managing neonatal care, delivery, resuscitation, and transport.
– Performing assessments, procedures, and developing treatment plans.
– Collaborating with the care team and communicating with families.
– Participating in quality improvement, education, and outreach activities.
– Mentoring staff and supporting departmental initiatives.

**Schedule & Location:**
– 12-hour shifts, day and night coverage at Bend, OR.
– No formal call, emphasizing team support.

**Qualifications:**
– Certification and licensure as an NP or PA.
– Minimum of 2 years in a level III nursery.
– Experience with neonatal procedures and EMR systems.
– Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
