Job Description

Join a dedicated NICU team at a Level III facility in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

  • Provide compassionate, family-centered care for newborns, leading resuscitations and managing both term and preterm infants.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, line placement, and ventilator management.
  • Work a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shifts, including day and night coverage, with no formal call requirements.
  • Require certification as an NNP or PA with at least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting.
