Join our NICU team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at our Level III NICU in Bend, Oregon.
Lead neonatal resuscitations, care for term and preterm infants, and support neonatal transport.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a family-centered environment.
Utilize advanced skills in procedures like intubation, line placement, and ventilator management.
Participate in simulations, quality initiatives, and mentoring to foster growth and leadership.
Schedule includes 24/7 coverage with flexible shifts; no formal call required.
Requirements include certification as an NNP or PA, at least 2 years of NICU experience, and strong procedural skills.
