Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Provide compassionate, family-centered care for newborns in a Level III NICU, leading resuscitations and managing both term and preterm infants. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure exceptional outcomes. Utilize advanced skills in procedures, ventilator management, and neonatal transport support. Engage in continuous learning through simulations, quality initiatives, and mentoring roles. Work 24/7 coverage with flexible shifts, structured handoffs, and no formal call requirements. Require at least 2 years of NICU experience, certification as an NNP or PA, and strong procedural skills.
