Job Description

Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead neonatal resuscitations and develop care plans in a 24/7 NICU setting at Bend, OR.

Responsibilities include neonatal assessment, management, resuscitation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, along with participation in quality improvement, education, and mentorship activities.

Shift is 12 hours, covering day and night, with no formal call but a team-focused culture. Clinical duties involve advanced neonatal procedures, family communication, and telemedicine support. Non-clinical roles include QA/QI projects, education, and committee participation.

Requirements:
– Unrestricted NP/PA license, certifications, and experience in level III NICU.
– Minimum two years NICU experience, EMR proficiency, and strong communication skills.
– Preferred: Oregon licensure, transport experience, Epic EMR.
