*Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)*
*Location: St. Charles Bend*

Our Level III NICU in Bend, Oregon, provides compassionate, family-centered care for newborns and their families. We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team.

*Your Schedule*
* 24/7 APP coverage with both day and night shifts
* Flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts with structured handoffs at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
* No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high
*What You Bring*
* Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting
* Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.)
* Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments

Pay: $168,539.00 – $180,297.00 per year
