Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support within a therapy department.
Deliver individualized treatment programs to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate progress, and contribute to care conferences. Document services accurately, manage billing documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise clinical staff and promote professional development through education and peer collaboration. Maintain a positive, safe work environment, demonstrating professional standards and customer service. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, and current licensure.
