Job Description
We are an early intervention agency dedicated to supporting babies and toddlers aged 0-3 with developmental delays, specializing in speech therapy. Our innovative digital platform, designed by therapists for therapists, streamlines administrative tasks like documentation, billing, and case management, allowing therapists to focus on clinical care.
The Clinical Fellow role involves working directly with children in their homes or community settings, providing speech therapy services under supervision. Responsibilities include utilizing clinical skills to help children reach developmental milestones and educating caregivers for ongoing progress. All documentation is managed through our platform, with supervision and support provided regularly through meetings and collaboration.
Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with the ability to manage a caseload and communicate effectively. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits such as health insurance, continuing education, and commuter assistance. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time roles, with a focus on professional growth and team support.
