Job Description

This full-time position offers a $2,000 or $4,000 sign-on bonus after completing a probationary period, with options for 1 or 2-year stay-on agreements.

Under supervision of the ACT Coordinator, the Master’s level clinician provides community-based mental health and substance abuse services to adults with complex needs, including therapy, case management, care coordination, and on-call duties.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or within 60 days), appropriate Michigan licensure (or within 60 days), one year of relevant experience or graduate practicum, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.

Conditional employment depends on background checks, credential verification, and drug screening. The role offers a starting salary of $58,839–$66,787, with potential increases, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.

The position is based at Adult Mental Health Services in Lansing, MI, with scheduled weekday hours and additional on-call compensation.
