Job Description
This full-time clinical position offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for a 1-year stay or $4,000 for 2 years, payable after probation.
Responsibilities include providing community-based mental health and substance abuse services to adults with complex psychiatric histories, primarily following the ACT/IDDT model. Duties involve therapy, case management, care coordination, on-call coverage, and extensive documentation, all under supervision.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or must obtain within 60 days), appropriate Michigan credential, one year of relevant experience or graduate practicum, effective communication skills, and a valid Michigan driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Additional conditions include background checks, credential verification, and drug screening.
Salary ranges from $58,839 to $66,787 annually, with potential increases. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and professional development. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with enhanced on-call rates. Location: Lansing, MI.
