We seek a Clinical Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, under the supervision of a Nurse Manager/Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in patient and staff education, assessing learning needs, and providing relevant information.
  • Evaluating patient outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for care adjustments.
  • Providing competent care for patients with complex needs, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing care tasks.
  • Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and safety initiatives, while promoting cost-effective practices.
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, planning individualized care, and addressing cultural considerations.
  • Engaging in research and applying evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.

  • Qualifications include a nursing degree, North Carolina RN license, and BLS certification. Prior experience is not required.

    This full-time, onsite role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a 36-hour workweek with variable scheduling.
