Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and illness management.

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab results, and administer medications and procedures.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Provide telehealth services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
