Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor with leadership experience to oversee a skilled nursing team and ensure quality resident care.
Full-time role working 11:00pm-7:00am on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care, monitoring clinical issues, conducting rounds, reviewing documentation, and providing direct nursing care as needed. Requires valid RN license in Pennsylvania, nursing degree, and CPR certification (training provided). Ideal candidates have long-term care experience and prior supervisory roles, but training is available.
