Job Description
Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor with leadership and hands-on nursing experience to oversee skilled nursing operations from 11:00pm-7:00am, including weekends and holidays.
Lead and support the nursing team, ensure quality resident care, and monitor shift activities in compliance with regulations and policies.
Responsibilities include supervising units, conducting rounds, reviewing clinical documentation, and providing direct nursing care when needed.
Requirements: valid PA RN license, nursing degree, CPR certification, prior supervisory or charge RN experience preferred, long-term care experience a plus.
