Job Description

Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor with leadership and hands-on nursing experience to oversee our Skilled Nursing Team.

Responsibilities include supervising care delivery, conducting rounds, ensuring documentation accuracy, assessing falls, and providing direct care as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00pm-7:00am, every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Compensation ranges from $33.00-$44.76/hour based on experience, plus shift differentials.

Requirements: Valid RN license in Pennsylvania, nursing degree, CPR certification, and prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred.
