Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with

at least 2 years’ experience in pain management

and

active VA license and DEA registration

. The role involves evaluating qualified patients with recent radiology reports, conducting interviews, exams, and reviewing imaging to develop personalized pain treatment plans.

Essential duties include ordering/interpreting diagnostics, diagnosing, prescribing therapies, and educating patients.

Must be familiar with pain procedures like injections, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure compliance with licensing and practice protocols.

Position requires travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA, with practice hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
