Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients.

  • Conduct sex offender-specific evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling, including support for PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.
  • Support clients on federal probation, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in research to improve practices.
  • Stay updated on current trends in sex offender mental health care.


  • Requirements: Master’s degree, NM Counseling and Therapy License, experience preferred, proficiency in assessment, confidentiality, and effective communication.

    Details: Part-time/contract, $30-$50/hour, benefits include health insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development. Located in Santa Fe, NM, day shift, in-person work.
