Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients.

  • Conduct sex offender-specific assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling, including support for PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.
  • Offer specialized support to sex offenders on federal probation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and participate in research to improve therapeutic practices.
  • Stay current with trends in sex offender mental health care to provide evidence-based interventions.


  • Skills include assessment, trauma-informed care, effective communication, and confidentiality. Qualifications: Master’s degree, NM counseling license, and preferred experience with sex offenders. This part-time, contract role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits. Located in Santa Fe, NM, with in-person work during day shifts.
