We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients.
Conduct sex offender-specific assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling, including support for PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics. Offer specialized support to sex offenders on federal probation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA. Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and participate in research to improve therapeutic practices. Stay current with trends in sex offender mental health care to provide evidence-based interventions. Skills include assessment, trauma-informed care, effective communication, and confidentiality. Qualifications: Master’s degree, NM counseling license, and preferred experience with sex offenders. This part-time, contract role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits.
