Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support patient care in various settings including memory care, urgent care, and medical offices.

• Assist patients with hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Support medication administration under nursing supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols.
• Document care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications include previous healthcare experience preferred, knowledge of medical terminology, understanding of HIPAA, and compassionate patient care.
