Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC)

Job Description

This full-time position is based in rural Bovey, MN, offering a serene setting to help clients understand how alcohol and drug use impact their lives. The role involves

completing comprehensive assessments,

providing individual and group substance abuse counseling,

and

ongoing case management.

It requires an active MN LADC license, good computer skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. The position involves day shifts, an 8-hour schedule, and requires relocation to Bovey before starting. In-person work is essential.
