We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages.

  • Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, developing care plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, educating patients, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, strong communication skills, and team collaboration.
