Seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care for all ages in a coastal community.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments

Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic tests

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, strong communication skills, and team collaboration.
