Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages in a coastal community.

Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP and DEA license, excellent communication skills, and team collaboration abilities.

This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000-$140,000, with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and bonus opportunities.

Must have a Master’s degree and be willing to relocate to Coos Bay, OR.
