Job Description
We are hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts (6p-6a or 10p-6a) at a supportive, employee-focused care center in Shenandoah, IA.
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care by conducting assessments, developing, and implementing individualized Plans of Care.
Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote health, safety, and resident well-being.
Manage medication administration, perform clinical procedures, and document all care activities accurately.
Maintain a safe environment, lead staff evaluations, and ensure proper staffing levels.
Qualifications include RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
