Speech Therapist – Home Health (ST/SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide communication disorder services across various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance articulation, fluency, and language skills
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay updated on best practices in speech therapy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure as a Speech Therapist
• Experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and speech/swallowing disorders
• Familiarity with IEPs and standardized testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
