Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide communication disorder services across various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance articulation, fluency, and language skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Stay updated on best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech Therapist
- Experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and speech/swallowing disorders
- Familiarity with IEPs and standardized testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
