Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide communication disorder services in diverse settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language issues
Develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapy to improve articulation, fluency, and language skills
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
Maintain accurate patient records
Stay current with best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure as a Speech Therapist
Experience in relevant settings preferred
Knowledge of speech, swallowing anatomy, and physiology
Familiarity with IEPs and testing
Strong communication skills
Pay ranges from $60-$120/hour. Benefits include 401(k), insurance, continuing education, flexible schedule, paid time off, and travel reimbursement. Work hours are flexible, with options for day shifts and weekends as needed. This role involves travel and on-the-road work.
