Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services in diverse settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to identify communication disorders
Developing individualized treatment plans
Providing therapy to improve articulation, fluency, and language skills
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
Maintaining accurate patient records
Staying current with best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure as a Speech Therapist
Experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals preferred
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and IEPs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and benefits: $60-$120/hour, with options for flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, travel and mileage reimbursement, and health savings account.
Schedule: Choose your own hours, day shifts, with weekends as needed. Work involves travel and on-the-road services.
