Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Boron, California, to oversee occupational health at a mining site.

• Manage employee health and wellness programs
• Treat minor injuries and illnesses with paramedic support
• Interpret lab results, x-rays, EKGs, audiometric, and pulmonary data
• Collaborate with management on injury prevention
• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff, including MAs and paramedics

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm, with no weekends, on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. The overseeing physician is available 24/7 for consultation. Benefits include medical malpractice coverage, CME, PTO, paid holidays, health and dental insurance, and a 401K with up to 4% match. Compensation ranges from $190,000 to $200,000 annually.
