Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to manage a medical clinic at a Borax mine in Boron, California.

Responsibilities include

  • overseeing employee health and wellness programs
  • treating minor injuries and illnesses with paramedic support
  • interpreting lab data such as blood, urine, x-rays, EKGs, audiometric, and pulmonary tests
  • consulting on injury prevention with management
  • managing daily clinic operations and staff including MAs and paramedics

    • Operational hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with 24/7 physician consultation support.

    Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401K with up to 4% match.

    Requirements: Must hold a valid NP or PA license in California.

    Job is full-time with an annual salary of $170,000-$180,000.
