Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to manage a medical clinic at a Boron, California mine.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing employee health and wellness programs

Treating minor injuries and illnesses with paramedic support

Interpreting lab results, x-rays, EKGs, audiometric, and pulmonary tests

Consulting on injury prevention with management

Managing clinic operations and staff, including MAs and paramedics

The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, working 4 ten-hour days with no weekends. An on-call physician is available 24/7 for consultation.

Requirements include a valid California NP or PA license.

Salary ranges from $190,000 to $200,000 annually.
