Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will conduct speech therapy evaluations, prepare reports, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead therapy sessions for children with developmental delays.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Arkansas licensure, and ASHA certification or CFY completion.

Preferred experience with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers with special needs.

Environmental requirements involve lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, sitting on the floor, and mobility throughout the day.

Position offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate of $66.70, and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.

Work is in-person, serving children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a nurturing, diverse environment focused on fostering maximal cognitive and emotional growth.
