Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at our outpatient clinics located in multiple locations, including a surgery center and physical therapy office.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
  • Document patient care accurately in medical records
  • Deliver care aligned with accepted standards and collaborate with team members
  • Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists as needed

    • Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification. The role offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary ($125,000-$150,000), flexible hours, full benefits, CME reimbursement, and no hospital call or rounding. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR is required before starting.
