Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary interventional pain management clinic with four locations, including physical therapy, a satellite clinic, and a surgery center.

    • Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
  • Document patient care thoroughly
  • Provide care according to standard practices
  • Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

    • Requirements:

  • Current state license and national certification as NP or PA
  • DEA license or ability to obtain one
  • Basic Life Support certification

    • This full-time role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

    Note: Relocation to Sutherlin, OR is required before starting work. The position is in-person and offers a flexible schedule.
