Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including physical therapy, satellite, and surgery centers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostics
• Document patient care thoroughly
• Provide care per standards and collaborate with team
• Monitor and refer patients as needed

Qualifications:

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification

Pay ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually. The role requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR before starting. Work is in person, with no hospital rounds.
