Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Deliver medical care aligned with standard practices

Collaborate with team members and coordinate patient care

Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists as needed

Qualifications: Current applicable license, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Details: Full-time position with salary between $125,000-$150,000 annually. Must relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
