Join Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA, offering full-time or part-time roles with a salary of $95,000–$120,000/year.

We seek passionate SLPs with 3+ years of experience, interested in mentoring, leadership, or collaboration, and those eager to grow in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and AAC, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a team of therapists. Mentoring SLPAs and CFs and participating in leadership initiatives are encouraged.
