Job Description

Adult Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) opportunity in a fast-paced federally qualified community health center in Waterbury, CT.

Eligible for up to $75,000 NHSC Loan Repayment with a two-year service commitment and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Responsibilities include providing clinical oversight, patient referrals, managing complex cases, supervising staff, participating in quality initiatives, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with active Connecticut licensure
• Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Experience in community health, managed care, and electronic health records preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable
