Job Description

This full-time role offers a work schedule with No weekends, No holidays, No call, focusing on providing specialty healthcare to underserved rural communities.

The primary responsibilities include completing provider training, mentoring, and delivering educational lectures. The role involves acting as an educator and customer service liaison, providing clinical consultation, participating in quality reviews, and traveling within the region to regional sites.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, critical thinking, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude. A minimum of 3 years of orthopedic experience in NSPM clinical practice is preferred, with prior education experience a plus. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 – $180,000 annually and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
