This full-time position offers a work schedule with No weekends, No holidays, No call, focusing on providing specialty healthcare to rural underserved communities.

The role involves completing provider training, embodying company values, and participating in educational initiatives such as lectures and mentorship. The candidate will serve as an educator and customer service liaison, offering clinical consultation and contributing to quality reviews to improve outcomes. Travel to regional sites is required.

Qualifications include integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, critical thinking, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience (3+ years) in NSPM clinical practice is preferred; education/training experience is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The role emphasizes a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
