Seeking mobile wound care physicians (MDs/DOs) in California for in-person, procedural care in SNFs, LTCs, and homes.

Positions are full- or part-time, offering flexibility, autonomy, and competitive pay ($245K–$325K/year), with options as W-2 employees or 1099 contractors.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, managing complex wounds, performing procedures, educating patients, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include active CA medical license, board certification, 3–6 years of clinical experience, and BLS certification; wound care certification preferred.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, be willing to travel, and meet physical and documentation requirements. Full practice authority in CA allows independent treatment and prescribing.
