Job Description
We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia for a flexible 1099 contract role starting January 5, 2026.
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via virtual or in-person sessions.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications include active licensure in Virginia, at least one year of outpatient experience preferred, strong rapport-building skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.
