Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Job Description

We are seeking fully licensed mental health counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia for a flexible 1099 contract position starting January 2026.

Responsibilities include providing individual, couples, and family therapy via in-person or virtual sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT).

Qualifications:

Active license in VA (or provisional with expected licensure by Dec 2025)

At least 1 year outpatient experience preferred

Strong therapeutic skills and ability to work independently

Proficiency with EHR systems is a plus

Compensation varies based on caseload (starting at 60/40 split), with flexible hours, insurance billing support, and professional growth opportunities.
